I Am-W

Grey 170cms 2013

Luidam x Darco x Chatman

I Am-W age 5

170cms Grey Luidam x Darco x Chatman

I Am W is an impressive stallion in every way. He has super pedigree, blood model and super brain and e was really well received in his first season in Ireland for 2021.  His grandam is a sister of Winning Mood,1.60, Chippendale z 1.60, Richi Rich 111 1.60 and 7 more international horses.  His dam competed 1.30 mt and is the sister of Shahenaz who competed 1.60 with more from the family on the way!
By LUIDAM x DARCO!!  Unfortunately due to an accident at 5 he could not continue in sport. So for us a silver lining, we get a super stallion with a family littered with 1.60 jumpers!!
He is only 5 in the video here.
Thanks to Janko Van de Lagweg (VDL Stud)for finding him for Ireland and to the Stinnet family for their trust in Kylemore Stud.
A quote from WIEBE Van de Lagweg of the VDL Stud “top jumper, top family, all the quality, difficult to find in one package.”

Luidam

Luidam, son of Guidam, whose grandsire is the legendary Quidam de Revel, successfully competed internationally by Eric van der Vleuten.  He produced campion offspring, including Ninja la Silla (2008 Olympic Silver & 2011 European Champs Gold), & Ludger Beerbaum’s superstar, Zinedine.  In 1996 Guidam was named Stallion of the Year by the KWPN & carries the title of Keur.  Luidam’s dam, Eljenohve, was awarded the title of Preferent by the KWPN, and from this damline, descend Orsini (international at CSI2* 2016), Watermill Scandic, & Chaman, one of the world’s most successful show jumpers.  Luidam was one of the most consistent performers on the European circuit. He passes on an easy temperament, a nice shape with a long neck and strong legs.

Darco

Darco is one of the most accomplished show jumping sires of all time.  He is a leading stallion that has produced the most offspring competing at Grand Prix in the world.  For five years Darco led the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horse jumping sire rankings and produced over 3000 foals.  He won his first World Cup qualifier in 1988 with Ludo Phillipaerts and in 1989 they placed at the WEG.  Among countless other top level victories in international showjumping, Darco and Phillipaerts competed at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona.
