Cartier VDL is an exciting son of Carrera VDL.

Cartier VDL was presented to the KWPN stallion approvals final in 2022, and was selected for the performance test.

He went on to win the prestigious Cavan 4 year old final, and place 2^nd in Barnadown Breeders Classic 4 year old final in the same year.

Continuing his good form he had good results in Lier Belgium and stepping up to the 1.30 level as a 6 year old in 2025, he has consistently shown his scope, carefulness, rideability and solid character at every show. Lightly campaigned to date due to stud duties, we are excited to see him progress with careful production into a promising top class jumper.

We are not surprised by his good results.  This beautiful  blood stallion stands out with his exceptional  movements and power along with all the blood and quality we come to expect from Carrera .

With a solid damline Corland and Kannan, we look forward to producing this elegant stallion under the saddle.  You will appreciate his blood, his power and his scope, along with extra push from the floor, and a great mind.

Cartier’s first foals are beautiful, blood modern foals, tall and elegant. They sold very well at auction and he has been very well received by breeders.

Carrera:

Jumping at the Grand Prix level, the extremely talented Carrera, who had to end his career prematurely due to an injury, combines the genes of Cardento and Baloubet du Rouet with the motherline of the jumping legend Tinka’s Boy.  Carrera jumped with success in Grand Prix and Nation Cups.  Along with his outstanding pedigree, Carrera passes his great jumping qualities on to his offspring.

Dam Gamanka-A has already produced several successful jumpers, including the 1.60mt successful Fananka-A, jumping in the USA along with others coming through at 1.35 and 1.40.

With Kannan as the grandsire the pedigree is established and proven at the very top level of sport.
